Discover Berlin Mitte with the Hop-on Hop-off Berlin Classic route
The city centre of Berlin, also known as Mitte, is home to some of the city's most famous sights, it is also the historical heart of the city. A full tour of the Classic route through this borough with the hop-on hop-off bus takes 2.5 hours, when you stop to visit the different stops along the route, you can easily spend multiple days in just this part of Berlin.

Travel along the Trendy East Berlin & The Wall route
This route may be shorter than the Classic route but it takes you to some unexpected places in Berlin. A full lap of this Berlin hop-on hop-off route takes around 1 hour, and will take you through three Berlin boroughs: Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg and Friedrichshain, all in former East Berlin. Today this route will take you to some of the trendiest parts of the city as well as some of the most striking memorials.
The Berlin Wall Memorial is one of the poignant sights along this route, with its original part of the Wall and insightful exhibits. At the opposite end of the tour, stands the East Side Gallery, a part of the Wall that has been reclaimed from its horrific past to showcase modern day art. Other sights to visit along this route include Mauerpark, which ones set on the border of East and West, and Karl-Max-Allee, which was once a showcase project of the GDR.
